Orders are shipped the same day or next business day unless stated
otherwise on your confirmation email. Delivery times are dependent on your
location but are typically 2-3 working days within New Zealand. Rural delivery
may take an extra day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT HERE.
Please Contact us if you do not receive your package when you either
expected it or it says delivered and it is not there. We will do our very best
to chase your package up and get it back to you ASAP.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX OR WORK ADDRESSES.
No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes at this point in time
however we can ship to any work addresses as long as you have stated the

If you have put the wrong address on to your order you can still change this by
updating your order online or alternatively sending an email to Tony@beachhut.co.nz with your order number, customer order and new
address. However, if your order has already been shipped and picked up by the courier you will need to ring them and adjust shipment address.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY.
As we want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, we will
happily exchange any full priced garment that you are not 100% happy with as
long as it is received back to us within 30 days of your order being delivered
and it is still in new, unwashed/unworn condition with the original garment
tags intact. Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale
items. We also do not offer Refunds on garments it is exchanges only.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM INSTORE AT ONE OF THE BRANCHES.
No, all items sold online must be Exchanged through the process of
sending it back to our Head Office. Unfortunately we cannot swap or exchange an
item for something else instore even if a receipt or Invoice is presented as all of our physical stores are now closed down.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE I WANT.
To exchange a full priced item, Please email us on "Tony@beachhut.co.nz" to arrange an exchange. You will
receive an email confirmation with the new address to send back your items. Once your exchange is complete we will email you a new

I have received a faulty
At Beach Hut we aim to provide you with quality
products and service at all times, however if you have purchased an item from
our online store and believe it to be faulty please get in touch with us at
"Tony@beachhut.co.nz”. Faulty items should be returned and can either be
replaced or exchanged for something else.
Is postage for returns
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain
the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Beach Hut. If the item is
deemed faulty, postage will be refunded.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to
track the whereabouts of your return. Beach Hut is not liable for returns lost
in transit that have not been tracked.

How do I return an online
order paid with Laybuy or Afterpay?
We understand that buying swimwear online can be
tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. That's why we have a
lenient exchange policy that allows you to exchange any FULL PRICED ITEM bought online or any other product given that the item is unworn, has tags attached and you have contacted us in regards to the returned garment.
However, due to health and safety reasons we DO NOT
do Returns on Swimwear only exchange. (This is only applied to full price
items). Items purchased for a discounted price (items on sale) cannot be
exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
NO, Unfortunately Beach Hut has a strict no returns
or exchanges on sale items. These are final sale.
Returned full priced items for exchange or faulty
condition items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags,
and where applicable hygiene stickers still attached. We will give you the
option to exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.
We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions
have not been met.
